My approach

My style involves integrating EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. I utilize body-based techniques with relational talk therapy to approach challenges from multiple angles. I work in a collaborative, non-judgmental, strengths-based approach. In this supportive environment, clients can feel safe to explore all parts of themselves. I assist clients to access their innate inner resilience, reduce feelings of shame, and befriend themselves. I am honored to watch clients clarify personal values and create new narratives to live a meaningful and congruent life. Biography

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Before becoming a therapist, I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Imaging from New York University. Inspired by my interest in yoga, mindfulness, and commitment to social justice, I attended graduate school and earned a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. To deepen my clinical skills, I became EMDR trained. I draw on meditation and Buddhist psychology in my daily life to observe the habits of my mind, understand my own struggles, and increase equanimity in the face of challenges.
