Biography
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Before becoming a therapist, I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Imaging from New York University. Inspired by my interest in yoga, mindfulness, and commitment to social justice, I attended graduate school and earned a Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. To deepen my clinical skills, I became EMDR trained. I draw on meditation and Buddhist psychology in my daily life to observe the habits of my mind, understand my own struggles, and increase equanimity in the face of challenges.
